Description
|
| |
 |
Our residential lots are a half acre
and up so as to create plenty of room for each property
owner. In Phase 1, we have tried to be cognizant of
those who may wish some variety and therefore, have
four lots which do not face the golf course, eight
lots which front a fairway, and four lots immediately
adjacent to a green. In Phases 2, 3, and 4, all lots
overlook the golf course with many having picturesque
elevated views in partially wooded surroundings. All
hydro and telephone lines will be underground. |
| |
|
Each lot in Phase 1, lots numbered one through
sixteen, will be serviced with good potable water and a
full sized sewer system. Additionally, Phase 1 lot owners
will not have any servicing costs to contend with. When
the R.M. of Park is able to have its own sewer and water
system, we would expect to be able to merely hook onto their
lines from the edge of our property without any digging
or connecting at the individual owner's lot. During the
intervening years, pending the R.M. of Park program, each
lot owner, upon temporarily or otherwise occupying their
home, will be expected to pay a nominal annual fee estimated
to be $400.00 and guaranteed not to exceed $500.00, for
at least five years, for the full system we will be providing.
No well to dig. No septic tank to put in.
We planned to have a similar system in place
for Phases 2, 3, and 4, but unfortunately, the new rules
for areas that do not have a standard sewer system now stipulate
holding tanks and grey water fields. Potable water will
still be provided to these lots and we will provide a 2000
gallon holding tank, but attending to same pending a municipal
system is the responsibility of the homeowner. The R.M.
of Park Water & Sewer Proposal will not likely be available
before 2011, but no commitments can be made in this regard.
However, during the intervening years, to a maximum of five
years, from temporarily or otherwise occupying their home,
property owners will be expected to pay a nominal annual
fee of not more than $240.00 for potable water service.
