This exciting new Golf Course and Housing Development
on the edge of Riding Mountain National Park is ready
for YOU.
Sixteen building lots are ready for construction with
hydro, telephone, water, and gravity sewer in place.
An additional 37 lots with telephone, potable water,
and holding tank are ready for construction. (Fourteen
of these lots have been SOLD with construction started
on two of them and additional building scheduled for
2010). Other lots are being readied daily.
The golf course is completed with a full underground
watering system and its own pumping station. We have
a spacious new Pro Shop and Cart Barn to house 75 new

is operational to all residential lots.
The residential lots have been individually registered
with the Manitoba Land Titles office. The smallest building
